Service

The technical service for coolers, freezers and other equipment for gastronomy is carried out through a network of more than 100 services located all over the country. The optimal placement of service points allows us to make the most of their potential. Thanks to this and keeping the repair costs on a possible low level we are able to execute service orders in accordance with the quality and time standards set by our clients. Coordination of all the work performed by our technicians is carried out through the Call Center department. In addition to the repairs commissioned, our technicians carry out:

  • equipment installation
  • periodic inspections of equipment
  • inventories
  • surveys
  • training for the staff in equipment operation, etc.

We repair the equipment manufactured by:

Helkama, AHT, Norpe, Frigoglass, Carrier, Foster, Hobart, Bartscher, Scotsman, Frymaster, Pitco, Coldtechnica, Taylor, Linde, UBC, Larp and many others.

REFURBISHMENT

Specialistic repairs and refurbishment of coolers, freezers and other equipment for gastronomy is carried out on the premises of the headquarter of IBC Euroserwis Sp. z o.o. in Łosice. Our refurbishment and storage area, loading ramps and manoeuvring place allow you to pick up and load the equipment of all type.

The scope of work carried out includes, i.a.:

  • pre-season inspections of equipment
  • renovations which include:
  • sanitization of the entire device
  • regeneration or replacement of used parts of the device
  • exchanging of graphics
  • refurbishment including repair and replacement of electrical and cooling systems
  • electrical and refrigeration diagnostics of equipment with use of specialistic devices

All equipment refurbished by us is tested before leaving the repair workshops and then covered by a warranty.

COLD ROOMS

Our offer also includes cold rooms. We offer our customers the possibility of designing and installing of cold rooms including cooling system and warranty and post-warranty service. At our disposal are fifteen service teams that allow us to perform any service intervention or installation all over the country. It is very important to us to enjoy good reputation among our customers, so we do our best to offer and keep the high standard of our services.

HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEMS

In the back space of any restaurant, shop or food processing plant there is a refrigeration system. It is not uncommon for the equipment included in such cooling systems to have high power and thus consume a lot of energy. On this occasion, they produce large amounts of heat which is discharged through ventilation systems (air conditioning) or through remote units placed outside the building. In our offer we have a very efficient recovery system of waste heat from cooling systems manufactured by a German company DK. Thanks to it, our customers do not have to bear the cost of water heating on their premises for example.

CALL CENTER

Our Call Center department was created in order to provide a comprehensive service for our customers who expect from us a fast and complete information about the status of their service orders. The competence of our employees and modern technological facilities allow fast information transmission and exchange based on the available means of communication (phone, SMS, email, instant messaging).

 

Our employees are supported by a specially designed service software and appropriate technical and ICT facilities. The hotline is operated by our employees on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm (off-call), during other hours and on public holidays via the call machine. It is possible to adjust the working hours of operators and the functionality of the call machine to the demands of each customer. The IT systems used by us in the Call Center allow to:

  • enter service orders directly by the customer;
  • access the program on-line and check the status of the order;
  • access the database of all executed orders and full statistics;
  • integrate the program with GSM systems allowing the immediate obtaining information about the execution of the order via SMS;
  • use the flexibility of the program in terms of adapting it to the specific needs of your organization;
